About Me
Player-focused soccer development for athletes, coaches, and clubs.
I work in youth soccer with one clear priority: helping players grow — as players and as people. My focus is long-term development, not shortcuts or quick results.
Why I Coach
I believe soccer should be a place where players feel safe to learn, try, fail, and improve. Some of the most important growth happens through mistakes, reflection, and problem-solving.
I coach because I want players to enjoy the game while developing confidence, resilience, and a love for learning — qualities that matter well beyond the field.

My Coaching Philosophy
I aim to develop soccer players technically, physically, and tactically, while helping them become confident problem-solvers on and off the field.
I believe players learn best when they are encouraged to think, make decisions, and learn from mistakes — not simply follow instructions. Training is built around real game situations that challenge players to grow throughout the season.
I promote a growth mindset and values such as teamwork, discipline, accountability, and passion for the game. We always strive to win, but winning is not everything. Development, character, and enjoyment of the journey matter most.
My goal is to help players build skills, confidence, and resilience so they can perform, enjoy the game, and carry valuable life lessons beyond the field.

Why I Do Things Differently
After working in youth soccer in Canada for several years, I noticed a consistent gap between regular club training and specialized development environments.
Many players are motivated, committed, and dream of becoming better — but struggle to find training that truly challenges them, provides high-quality coaching, and surrounds them with peers who share the same mindset.
With my professional background and experience, I wanted to create an environment for those players — one that offers more intention, more detail, and more opportunity to grow.
My Story
From Professional Play to Shaping the Next Generation
My journey with soccer began in Mexico when I was just 6 years old. By the age of 12, I was recruited by a professional club, a moment that changed my life and taught me that with the right guidance, any obstacle can be overcome. I was fortunate to be shaped by great coaches who didn’t just teach me tactics, but gave me the tools to grow as a person.
After a rewarding career as a professional player—including my time as a defender with Cruz Azul Hidalgo—I transitioned into the world of coaching. When I moved to Kingston, Ontario, in the summer of 2021, I saw a vibrant community with immense potential. It was here that my “soccer flame” was truly reignited, and I found my calling: helping young athletes fall in love with the game just as I did.

Quick Advice
This work is designed to complement club soccer, not replace it. Players continue training and competing with their clubs while using additional sessions to accelerate their development in a focused, supportive environment.
